Join educators across the state for a low-cost, high-value conference focused on educational equity. MN-NAME (Minnesota’s Chapter of the National Association for Multicultural Education), in partnership with St. Paul Public Schools is excited to present our annual, Insisting on Equity conference which will be held on Saturday, October 13th, at Washington Technology Magnet School in St. Paul. We are thrilled to have Dr. Jeff Duncan-Andrade deliver the keynote address titled, “Note to Educators: Hope Required When Growing Roses in Concrete.”
Dr. Andrade is a widely acclaimed educator, researcher, and inspirational speaker. We anticipate this conference will sell out quickly, due to limited seating and the draw of our keynote, so we encourage you to register soon. Schools and other groups can register for a block of tickets and then provide names of participants closer to the conference date. Breakfast & lunch are included in the fee as well.
