This page contains ACNW’s five-year authorizing plan, which was approved by the Minnesota Department of Education on September 15, 2016. ACNW’s commissioner-approved authorizing plan (AAP) is directly aligned to the performance measures of the Minnesota Authorizer Performance Evaluation System and consists of a narrative (directly below) and various attachments (which can be viewed in order collectively or by clicking on individual links). The AAP describes ACNW’s capacity and commitment to further the purposes of Minnesota’s Charter School Law and provides ACNW’s standards, practices, and processes for determining high-stakes decisions regarding schools’ academic, operational, financial, and environmental education performance.
